hostmonster Mysql problem (solved)

hostmonster Mysql
I use hostmonster.  I’m having trouble setting up phpbb with mysql.
Does anyone has same problem with me?
Warning: mysql_connect(): User asdf_user has already more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections in /home/asdf/public_html/forum/db/mysql4.php on line 48
With the help of admin at hostmonster I got it sorted. He restarted the MySQL service to clear out the connections and I got the client to disable persistant connections.
